Makes 6 servings.

1 lb. round sourdough loaf
1 c. commercial pesto sauce
1/2 lb. deli sliced roast turkey breast
1 red bell pepper, roasted, peeled and seeded
1 tomato, sliced
12 slices Provolone cheese

Preheat oven to 350F.
Cut off top third of bread loaf; remove inside of loaf, leaving a 3/4 -inch thick crust.
Spread 1/4 c. pest sauce on inside of loaf.
Top with half the turkey slices, roasted pepper, tomato and cheese.
Spread remaining pest sauce on top of cheese.
Repeat layering.
Replace top of loaf; wrap bread in foil.
Bake at 350F for 40 minutes, or until heated through.
Let stand for 5 minutes before cutting into wedges.
