Ready in: 30-60 minutes

  • 1 head broccoli, lightly steamed till crisp/tender
  • 5 cups cooked turkey or chicken, cut into bite size pieces
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar or monterey jack cheese
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • mushrooms or bacon (optional)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and grease 9x13 glass dish.

Beat eggs, soup, mayo and shredded cheddar in bowl until well mixed.

Add cooked broccoli and turkey (and mushrooms and bacon if you desire).

Pour mixture into glass dish and bake about 45 minutes or until top is browned.
