Hot Spinach-Artichoke Dip

Prep Time: 15 min
Start to Finish: 2 hr 15 min
20 servings (2 tbsp dip and 2 slices bread)

Ingredients:

-1 box (9 oz) frozen spinach, thawed, squeezed to drain
-1 can (14 oz) quartered artichoke hearts, drained, chopped
-1/2 cup refrigerated Alfredo pasta sauce
-1/2 cup mayonnaise
-3/4 tsp garlic salt
-1/4 tsp pepper
-1 cup shredded swiss cheese (4 oz)
-1 baguette

Directions:

1. Mix all ingredients in slow cooker (except bread).
2. Cover; cook on Low heat 2-4 hours. Serve dip with sliced bread.

HIGH ALTITUDE: no change.
Per Serving: 130 calories; 8 g total fat; 240 mg sodium; 2 g dietary fiber
