Wild Mushroom Soup

CREAM OF MUSHROOM SOUP

Ingredients:

8 Tbs. butter

1 Lb. Mushrooms (Hen of the Woods)

2 Qrts. chicken broth

5 Tbs. Flour

1 Pint cream

Salt & Pepper

1 Medium Onion

1 Tbs. Mrs. Dash Garlic & Herb

1/4 cup greens



Directions:

Melt butter in 6 Qrt. Pot on low heat. Add chopped mushrooms & onions.

Sauté till done. Add greens & Mrs. Dash & cook for 2 min. Turn off heat & add flour. Add chicken broth and turn on high heat then add cream. Bring to boil (stirring constantly) then turn down and simmer for 10 min. Salt & Pepper to taste. ENJOY.
