Ready in: 2-5 hrs
- 1 large container sour cream
- 2 cups Cheddar cheese, grated or cubed
- 1 can real bacon bits
- chives or green onion
Mix all ingredients and let chill for 2 hours. You may need to add a little milk to thin it out. This is always a hit and it's always all gone. When you serve it with potato chips it tastes like you're eating a baked potato!
