  • 3 sticks (4.5 inch size) peppermint candy canes
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup powdered non-dairy creamer
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

Crush peppermint stick with a small amount of the powdered sugar in a food processor or blender.

Combine the crushed peppermint with remaining sugar, creamer and cocoa. Mix well.

To serve, add 1/4 cup mix to 3/4 cup boiling water per serving. Store remaining mix in a jar or airtight bag.
