  • 1 package (8 ounce size) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 package (7 1/2 ounce size) almond brickle chips or Skors Chips or toffee chips
  • tart apples cut in slices (like galas)

In a mixing bowl beat cream cheese, brown sugar, granulated sugar and vanilla. Fold in brickle chips. Serve with apples. Refrigerate any leftovers.

After sitting a day or two it tastes almost like caramel apples.
