- 1 box (15-17 ounce size) yellow cake mix
- 3 eggs
- 1 can (11 ounce size) mandarin oranges, undrained
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
***Frosting***
- 1 can (20 ounce size) crushed pineapple, undrained
- 1 box (large size) instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 carton (12 ounce size) cool whip, thawed
Combine cake ingredients; pour into greased cake pan and bake in preheated 350 degrees F oven for 30-35 minutes. Cool completely. Frosting: Combine well; spread on cooled cake. Keep cake refrigerated.
