Prep Time:       Cook Time:       Total Time:

Serves: 1
Cook Time: 5-7 minutes

ingredients:

1 slice of bread
1 tsp. of butter
1 egg

----------------

1)Cut a round circle in the bread. A small cup should do.

2)Crack the egg and put it in a small bowl for later use (Do not stir egg). This makes it easier.

3)Melt the butter in a frying pan on medium heat, making sure all the butter is melted and spread throughout the pan so it doesnt stick.

4)Place bread in frying pan and slowly add in the egg to the hole of the bread.

5) Fry the egg on medium heat on one side until it is cooked enough to flip. Once it is able to flip, flip it and continue to fry until yolk is how you want, cooked or dripping.
