Easy Pleazy Cornbread - Corn Bread Pleasure Cake

1 cup frozen Whole Kernal Corn
2/3 cup Milk
Dash Cayenne Pepper
Pinch of Baking Powder

2 Boxes Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
2 Eggs
1/3 cup Sour Cream
=================
Butter and/or Margarine and/or Olive Oil
Dusting of Corn Meal

Directions: (Pre-heat oven to 390)
Mix the first 4 ingredients and Microwave for 1 minute-
Add the next 3 and blend lightly (Keep it kind 'O lumpy)
Transfer to no larger than a 12 x 12 pre-greased bakink vessel with your choice of any of the above listed lubricants topped with the Corn Meal

Let it rest...no really let it rest for at least 20 minutes

Bake for 25 minutes or until just a bit more than golden brown.

I make a Marionberry-Honey-Butter to finishes this off with but you can do your own thing or even eat as is... Enjoy!
