Hamburger Casserole

1 Chopped Onion
1 LB. hamburger
2 1/2 C. mixed veggies
1 can tomato soup
5 potato's cooked (boiled style)
1/2 C. warm milk
1 Egg beaten

Fry onion + meat add salt and pepper to taste cook meat till brown.mix meat,veggies,and soup. pourinto 1 1/2 casserole dish mash potato's in a bowl add milk and 1 egg and season to taste.
Spoon mashed potatoes on top of meat mixture and bake in the oven -at- 350 for 30 min.
