Cabbage Bean Soup

3 tsp. minced garlic
1/2 tsp. black pepper
4-5 Stalks Celery with leaves
16oz. can kidney beans (drained)
16oz. can spicy chili beans (NOT drained)
1 cabbage-Coarsley chopped
2 medium yellow onions diced
6-8 carrots (approx. 2-3 cups) diced
28oz. water
4 beef or vegetarian boullion cubes
3 tsp. chopped parsley

Combine all in 5-6 qt. crockpot on high approx.5-6 hours, or on low 8-10 hours.
