Fish Tacos

Crispy Taco Shells
Fried Fish (boneless, fillet speckled sea trout, one whole piece per taco)
Shredded Lettuce
Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Pico De Gallo
Cilantro
Sour Cream

Put ingredients in sequence as listed. If melted cheese is desired, put cheese on fish in taco and microwave until cheese becomes soft or begins to melt. Remove from microwave. Then add remaining ingredients.

Serve with a side of seedless green grapes or side of preference.
