Peanut Butter and Fudge Brownie Trifle

One pre-baked batch brownies (recipe follows)
1 large box instant chocolate pudding, prepared per box and chilled
One bag peanut butter cups, chopped reserve a few for garnish)
1 16 oz container Cool Whip
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1 cup powedered sugar
1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
Slated peanuts for garnish Beat peanut butter and cream cheese at medium speed, scraping down sides a few times until mixture is creamy.
Add powedered sugar, a little at a time, and mix until combined.
Add one cup softned Cool Whp to peanut butter mixture, folding it in until mixture is lighter in color and mixture is motstly combined.
Reserve the remaining cool Whip.
In a trifle bow, begin to layer ingredients in this order:
layer of brownie cubes
peanut butter mixture
chopped peanut butter cups
chocolate pudding
Cool Whip
Repeat until bowl is filled
Top in a decorative fashion with remaining Cool Whip
Garnish with reserved peanut butter cup pieces and salted peanuts if desired.
Brownies
6 eggs
1 cup cocoa
3 cups sugar
1 tsp salt
1 cup corn oil
1/2 cup chopped nuts
2 cups plain flour
2 tsps vanilla
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Beat eggs
Add sugar and oil, then beat again.
Sift flour with cocoa and salt
Add to egg, sugar and oil mixture
Add nuts and vanilla
Turn into 2 greased 8x8x2 inch pans or
1 long 13x9x2 inch pan
Bake for 30 minutes
