Wild Rice and Sausage Casserole

1 (6 oz) box of Unle Ben's Long Grain and Wild Rice

2 (10-3/4 oz)cans beef consomme'
1 pound lean ground beef
1 pound mild or hot sausage
1 (4 oz) can mushyrroms, drained
1/4 cup almonds (optional)

Put rice and consomme' in casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until consomme' is absored. Brown ground beef and put aside. Brown sausage; drain off fat. toss ground beef with sausage and mushrooms. Add meat and mushrroom mix to rice. Topp with almonds. Heat in a 350-degree oven until warm.
