Pork Chops In Cream Of Mushroom Soup

Ready in: 2-5 hrs
- 8 bone-in pork chops
- 2 cans (10.75 ounce size) cream of mushroom soup
- 5 ounces water
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add the pork chops and cook until lightly browned on each side. Place the pork chops in the bottom of the crock pot. Combine the cream of mushroom soup and water in a small bowl until mixed. Pour evenly over the pork chops. Cover the crock pot and cook on low for 3-4 hours or until the pork is cooked through. Cooking time will depend on the thickness of the chops. Serve the pork chops hot with the mushroom soup gravy over mashed potatoes or noodles if desired.
