Texas Caviar

1 chopped green bell pepper
1 chopped red bell pepper
2 cans Blackeye Peas (Rinse and drain)
2 cans White shopepeg corn(Rinse and drain)
2 cans Italian Tomatoes Diced
8-10 chopped small green onions
1 fresh jalapeno pepper
1 Tbsp chopped parsley
1 tsp minced garlic
1/2 tsp coarse salt
1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
1 (12oz.) bottle Zesty Italian Dressing

Rinse and drain peas and corn.

Stir together peas, corn, tomatoes, and other ingredients in a serving bowl; cover and chill at least 2 hours.

Make it a day ahead for the best flavor.

Serve with Tortilla chips or Blue Corn chips
