White Balsamic Vinaigrette

Ingredients
· 1/4 cup white balsamic vinegar
· 1 garlic clove, crushed
· 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
· 1/4 teaspoon pepper, freshly ground
· 1/2 teaspoon garlic, plus
· 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
· 1/2 cup safflower oil
Directions
1. Combine all ingredients together.
