1 1/2 oz. tequila (shot)-

1/2 oz fresh lime juice -

2 to 3 tsp. Agave Syrup/Nectar

Shake or Blend well, pour over ice

Tips: Use a top self tequila: Cabo Wabo, Patron, Chinaco, 1800, etc. - Reposado or Blanco

Juice from 1/2 lime is aprox. 1/2 oz.

Agave Syrup/Nectar - Can be found in health food stores and organic sections of most large supermarkets.
