Hot Spinach & Artichoke Dip

This is an old favorite. Since its June, some new brides may like this being listed.

1-Pkg.(10 oz) Frozen Chopped Spinach
Thaw and Squeeze Dry
1-Pkg. 8 OZ. Cream Cheese, softened
3/4 c. Mayonnaise
1-1/2C. Shredded cheese or Monterey Jack
1-Pkg Knorr Vegetable Recipe mix
1-14Oz. Can Artichoke Hearts drained and chopped
1- Can 8oz. Water Chestnuts Drained and Chopped
2-cloves Garlic (finely chopped)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients except 1/2 c. cheddar cheese. Spoon into a 2 qt. casserole, then top with remaining 1/2 cup of cheese. Bake for 35 mins or til dip is hot.
