From The Kitchen Of Laraine Lord

Cook a small roast in the crock pot till tender along with one whole onion.
Once tender add 2 medium potatoes, one can English Peas, 1 Small Bag Baby Carrots, 1- Can Chicken Broth, 1- can Diced Tomatoes, 1 T. Garlic Salt, 1- T. Onion Powder, 1-T Worcestshire Sauce and Four Weiners.
Salt and Pepper to your desired taste. Cook till all added ingredients are tender.
Serve with Rice.
Simple and you can let the roast cook while at work in the crock pot.
A meal in a hour after you get home.
