Creamy Creamed Ranch Potatoes
Mayonnaise Free

6- Med-Large Irish or Russet Potatoes
4-Eggs
1 Tablespoon Frenchs Yellow Mustard
1/4 Cup Dill or Sweet Relish
1/2 Cup Sour Cream
1/4 Cup Ranch Dressing {in Bottle}
1-Tablespoon Butter(melted)
Salt/Pepper/Garlic Salt

Boil your potatoes and eggs till done. Put your other ingredients in a large bowl and mix together. Salt and Pepper to your taste.
Take a fork and chop the eggs up and the briskly stir in potatoes. Do not be gentle like you do with potatoe salad, remember this is CREAMED Potatoes, but you do not use a mixer so you will have the small bits of potatoe to bite into.
Add Garlic Powder to taste. Served with Meatloaf it is delicious. Enjoy.
