Mama V\'s Homemade Chili

Mama V's Homemade Chili

2-lb. Ground Meat
1- Large Onion
1- Bell Pepper
1- Small Can Tomatoe Sauce
2- Pkgs. Chili Seasoning
2- T. Liquid Hot Sauce Of Choice
1- Can Stewed Tomatoes
2- Tsp. Salt
4- Tsp. Ground Black Pepper(Grind is best)
Water

Brown in a large skillet the ground meat, the onion(chopped), Bell Pepper, Salt and Pepper.
Add Chili Seasoning. Stir, and add Tomatoe Sauce & Stewed Tomatoes.
NOTE* If you don't like it thick, you can leave out a little of the seasoning mix & add more water (To Thin If You Would Like). For Chili Burgers, Do Not Thin The Chili.
You will want it to stay on the bun! Add Cheese for that UMMMMMM!

You Can Add One Can Of Red Beans If You Want Beans In Your Chili.
Serve With Crackers &/or Jalapeno Peppers. Top on Buns With Cheese For Chili Cheeseburgers!
