GLAZE's Recipe

Microwave Peanut Patties

2 cups sugar
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup light corn syrup
1 1/2 raw peanuts
2 T. margarine
1 tsp. vanilla
dash of salt
few drops of red coloring

Bring sugar, water, and syrup to boil in microwave for about 3 mins. Stir and add peanuts. Cook 7 - 9 mins. Test to soft-ball stage. Remove and add margarine, vanilla, coloring and salt. Beat until smooth and creamy, about 5 mins. Pour into greased pizza pan (about13") When cool break into serving pieces.
