Coffee Can Bread

3 1/2 c flour
1/2 c milk
1/2 c oil
2 eggs
1 pkg dry yeast
1/2 c water
1/4 c sugar
1 tsp salt

Stir yeast into 1/2 c flour. Heat milk, water, oil, sugar and salt over low heat until warm. Add liquid to flour and yeat mixture. Beat 2 min. at medium speed. Blend in eggs. Stir in remainder of flour. Mix 1 minute and then pour into 2 well greased 1 lb coffee cans. Cover with lid.

Let rise until 1/4 inch from top. (will take approximately 1 hour). Remove lid and bake in preheated 375 oven for 35 min. Let cool and remove from can.
