Copper Pennies

5 c sliced (circles) diced carrots
1 med. onion sliced in rings
1 can of tomato soup
1 small bell pepper sliced in rings
3/4 c sugar
3/4 c oil

Cook carrots until tender. Drain & cool. Add onions, peppers to carrots.
Mix other ingredients and heat. Next pour the heated mixture over carrot mixture.
Cover and marinat overnight.
