Buttermilk Pie

3 eggs, beaten
1 tablespoon vanilla
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup buttermilk
1/2 cup butter (1 stick, melted)
1 1/3 cup sugar
1/4 cup flour
1 9 inch unbaked pie crust
dash nutmeg

Mix all ingredients, stirring well. Pour into pie crust. Sprinkle with nutmeg.
Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour, or until knife in center comes out clean.
