3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
5 Tbs. water
1 1/4 C. shortening
1 egg beaten well
1 Tbs. vinegar
1 Tbs. sugar
Mix flour and shortening, cut until size of peas. Add other ingredients. DO NOT OVER MIX it will make it tough.
Bake 450 12 - 15 minutes. This should make several crust.
