Sesame Seed Chicken Wings

3 lbs. chicken wings (Grace uses drummets)
1/4 cup flour
1/2 cup cornstarch
14 cup sugar
1 tbs.salt
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 eggs
3 stalks green onion,chopped
3-4 cloves garlic,minced or grated
2 tbs. toasted sesame seeds

Rinse wings and pat dry.Combine all other ingredients,except sesame seeds. Add wings and marinate overnight. Deep fry until golden brown.

Note: Taste the sauce first. You may want more of a garlic taste-and salt.
