2 cups sugar
1 1/2 cups oil
2 eggs
1 cup chopped nuts
3 cups chopped and peel apples
3 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon soda
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla
Heat oven 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients will be thick.
Bake 1 hour in Bundt Pan.
