Eggplant Dressing

Green peppers
ground meat

eggplant

Heat 1/4 cup oil
Add 1 chopped onion
1 chopped green peppers
Add 1 pound ground beef(raw)
1/2 teaspoon salt
Add 1 diced (raw) eggplant
1/2 cup raw rice
1/2 cup water

Cover and smother stirring occasionally
