Lemon Buttermilk Pie

1 Deep Dish Pie Crust-Baked 350 degrees for 8
minutes
1 1/2 cup sugar
1 stick butter
3 eggs
1 cup buttermilk
(if 1/2 t 1/2 use 1 tablespoon vinegar)
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/8 teaspoon salt

Cream sugar and butter. Add other ingredients
pour into crust and bake at 325 degrees 55 to
60 minutes.
