1 1/2 c. mashed potatoes
1 c. granulated sugar
1 c. milk
1/2 c. melted butter
2 eggs, beaten
1tsp. vanilla
Topping;
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. melted oleo
1/2 c. flour
1 c. pecans
Mix together the potatoes, sugar, milk, oleo,eggs and vanilla; pour tnto a baking dish.
Topping: Mix ingredients well; place over potato mixture. Cover; cook for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
Delicious, but rich. Can be frozen.
