Sphagetti Pie

6 oz. sphagetti
2 tbsp. butter
1/3 c. grated parmesan cheese
2 well beaten eggs
1 c. cottage cheese (8oz.)
1/2 c. chopped be;; pepper
1 (8oz.) can tomatoes, cut up (1c.)
1/2 shredded Mozzarella cheese (2 oz.)
1 (6oz.) can tomatoe paste
1 tsp. dried oregano
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 lb. ground beef

Cook sphagetti; drain (3 cups). Stir butter into hot sphagetti. Stir in Parmesan cheese and eggs. Form sphagetti mixture into a crust in a buttered 10-inch pie plate.Spread cottage cheese over bottom of sphagetti crust.
In skillet, cook ground beef, onion and green pepper until vegetables are tender and meat is browned. Drain off excess fat. Stir undrained tomatoes, tomato paste, sugar, oregano and garlic salt; heat through. Turn meat mixture into sphagetti crust. Bake, uncovered, in 350 degrees oven for 20 minutes . Sprinkle Mozzarella cheese. Bake 5 minutes more.
