1 cup shortening
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 eggs
2 3/4 cups flour
2 tablespoons cream of tartar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
Mix well refrigerate 1 hour.
Roll in a ball and dip in cinnamon sugar bake 8-10 minutes 350 degrees.
