3 eggs whites
1 cup sugar
20 Ritz Crackers
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 cup pecans
1 tsp. vanilla
Beat egg whites until stiff, add sugar.Crumble ritz crackers in baggie with rolling pin, add baking powder and pecans.Mix with egg whites,add vanilla.
Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Before serving Top with Cool Whip
