Chicken Taco Casserole

1 fryer ( I use 4 large chicken breast)
1 can enchilada sauce
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can mushroom soup
1 large onion (sauted in butter)
1 package fritos (9oz.size)
small can diced chiles
2 cups grated cheese
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Cook chicken and debone in bite size pieces
Mix chicken , sauce, soup, green chiles, salt and pepper.Grease 9x13 inch pan line with 1/2 fritos.Add chicken mixture sprinkle with cheese and remaining fritos. Add 1/2 chicken broth .Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
