TailGate Cake German Chocolate

1 Duncan Hines or Betty Crocker Cake mix German chocolate
1/2 cup oil1 cup water
1 can german chocolate frosting
4 eggs

Pour all ingredients in a bowl with an electric mixer.Mix for 2 minutes on medium speed.Pour in a greased tube pan or 9x13 for 25 to 30 minutes or 55 in a tube pan at 350.
When done and cool sprinkle powdered sugar or drizzle chocolate frosting over cake.
