Strawberry Pie

In sauce pan, mix
1 1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup cornstarch
pinch of salt
1 1/2 cup water
1 - 3 oz. pkg strawberry jello
2 pints of strawberry

Cook slowly till clear, stirring cornstarch. Add 3 oz pkg strawberry jello and stir till dissolved and cool. Add 2 pints whole strawberries or frozen strawberries. Pour into baked pie shell. Chill and serve with cool-whip.
