Mix and pour in greased and floured oblong pan
1 box cake mix, yellow or carmel
2 eggs
1 stick oleo
1 cup chopped nuts
Next, mix and pour over above mixture
1 box powdered sugar
1 stick oleo
2 eggs
1 8 oz. pkg cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
Bake at 325 for 50 minutes.
