Sweet and Sour Meatballs

1/2 cup Packed brown sugar
1 T. corn starch
1 can (13 1/4 oz) pineapple chunks
1/3 cup vinegar
1 T. soy sauce
1 small green pepper coarsely chopped
1 pkg. Swedish style meatballs

Cook meatballs in skillet, remove, drain fat. Mix brown sugar with cornstarch in skillet. Stir in pineapple (with juice)vinegar, soy sauce.
Heat to boiling, stirring constantly, reduce heat. Add meatballs, cover and simmer stirring occasionally, 10 minutes. Stir in green pepper. Cover, simmer until crisp tender, 5 minutes.
