1 box cake mix
1 stick oleo
1/2 cup coconut

Cut butter into cake mix until crumbly, then stir in coconut.

Pat mixture into dish building up sides like crust. Bake 10 minutes in 350 degree oven.

Arrange can of drained pie apples on top of warm crust.

Mix 1/2 cup sugar and 1 tsp. cinnamon together and sprinkle over apples

Blend together 1 cup sour cream and 2 egg yolks, then dribble over top and bake 25 minutes at 350.
