Ritz Cracker Pie

Beat 3 egg whites until stiff
Add
1 cup sugar
1/2 t. baking powder
21 finely crushed Ritz crackers
1 t. vanilla
1 cup chopped pecans

Pour into buttered pie plate and bake for 30 minutes at 350. When cool top with cool whip.
