Mix: 2 pounds ground round, browned
1 large onion, sauted
2 can Rotel tomatoes
1 pkg. Williams Chile mix
2 cans Ranch Style beans

Simmer first about 15 minutes, add 1 lb Velveeta cheese & 1.2 pt half and half. Simmer 5 minutes longer. Serve of Doritoes.
