Angel Cookies

1 egg white
2/4 cup brown sugar
2 cups pecan halves
1 tsp vanilla

Beat egg whites until stiff, add brown sugar and beat until smooth. Add vanilla and pecans.
Drop by spoonful on greased cookie sheet and bake at 275 for 30 - 35 minutes.
