Potato and Sausage Casserole

5 medium potatoes
1 sausage length
1 can of Cream of Mushroom soup
1 small box of velveeta or small jar of cheese whiz

Peel and cut potatoes in chunks. Boil and drain. Pour into spuare dish.
Boil one sausage until tender. Cut into bite size pieces. Place around potatoes. Add the cream of mushroom soup to potatoes and sausage. Top with the cheese. Bake until cheese is bubbly about 20 minutes at 350.
