Chicken Fried Spam

1 Large can of spam, sliced
1 egg
2 Tbsp. milk
1 Tsp. pepper
1 Tsp. salt
2 Tbs. Flour
2 Cups crushed crackers

Beat together milk and eggs. Set aside.
Mix salt, pepper, flour, and crackers.
Dip spam into egg mixture, then in dry mixture. Dip in each again. Brown each side in deep fat.
