Crispy Rice Cereal Treats

3 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon butternut flavoring
½ teaspoon almond extract
1 package (10 oz.) regular marshmallows or
4 cups mini-marshmallows
6 cups Crispy rice cereal
Melt it!

Melt butter in a large saucepan over low heat. Add marshmallows and stir until completely melted. Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla, butternut and almond extract.

Mix it!

Add Rice Krispies cereal. Stir until well coated.

Spread it!

Using a buttered spatula or waxed paper, press mixture evenly into a 13x9x2-inch pan coated with cooking spray. Cut into 2-inch squares when cool. Best if served same day. Makes 24 squares.

Variations: add a 6 oz. package of peanut butter baking chips or white chocolate baking chips to marshmallows and continue with following directions in making crispy rice treats.
