INGREDIENTS
------------
1 cup self rising flour
1/2 cup honey
1/2 egg
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup canola oil
1/8 tsp cinnamon powder
pinch of nutmeg
2 ripe bananas, mashed
1/8 cup chopped walnuts


DIRECTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 325 F
2. Mix flour,salt,walnuts, nutmeg and cinnamon
3. Whisk together honey, oil, egg and the bananas until smooth and frothy.
4. Mix the liquid mix in step 3 to the flour mix and stir until completely smooth without any lumps.
5. Place cupcake paper liners in a muffin pan. If using standard muffin pan will yield around 6 cup cakes. If using the mini muffin pan, will yield close to 18 mini cupcakes
6. Bake for 40 minutes, until toothpick poked in center comes out clean.
7. Allow the cupcakes to cool and then apply vanilla frosting and put some sprinklers on top.
8. Refrigerate the cupcakes for around 15 min for the frosting to set.
9. Serve cold.

Tip : Do not decorate too much on the cupcake with chocolate chips and icing cause the original taste of honey cannot be relished.
