- 1 package yellow cake mix
- 1 package (3.75 ounce size) instant pudding (your choice of flavor)
- 1 package (8 ounce size) cream cheese, softened
- 1 can (16 ounce size) crushed pineapple, drained well
- 1 large container frozen whipped topping, thawed
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
Bake cake as directed in 9\" x 13\" pan. Prepare instant pudding, whip until thick, then add softened cream cheese. Blend well and spread over cooked cake in pan. Spoon drained pineapple over pudding mix, patting down lightly. Spread whipped topping over entire cake and sprinkle with nuts. Refrigerate 3 hours before serving.
